We are looking for a CA qualified professional with a minimum of 3-4 years current experience in the field. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to prioritise, organise and work efficiently within budgets care all essential requirements for this key senior role.

Some of the main duties and responsibilities highlighted in our client's brief include:

  • Preparation of year-end financial statements
  • Monthly reporting
  • Budgeting, forecasting and Cashflow analyses
  • Managing client assignments
  • Some reviewing
  • Providing clients with systems advice/trouble shooting
  • Dealing with various third parties, including IRD, banks and lawyers
  • Assisting managers and partner with high-end advisory projects for some of the largest clients
  • Broad range of value-add projects involving business valuations, financial modelling, due diligence, mergers & acquisition and others

This role will suit a a technically well-rounded accounting professional who thrives in a client-facing role with strong technical and client/workflow management focus.

Working as part of a high-performing team and a relatively flat and uncomplicated structure you?will find your work scope very broad offering huge potential for exposure to new technical areas.?You will work with both domestic and global commercial organisations and complex groups of companies with??multi-million dollar turnover.

Good understanding of/ and previous experience with IFRS reporting will be a definitive advantage for this role. Good working knowledge of MYOB and Xero would also be considered a plus. Outstanding communication and client presentation skills are essential.
