Payroll Administrator, Challenging and busy Payroll position based in Christchurch, Nationally established listed corporate business.

The Opportunity
Covering the NZ Payroll, this newly created role as Payroll Administrator with see you working closely with the local & Auckland based teams to ensure that the payroll operation is run efficiently for multiple sites, giving you the opportunity to demonstrate your legislative and processing skills.

Given the high-volume and busy nature of this role, we are looking for someone who is highly organised, enjoys solving problems as they arise and has the ability to work autonomously and efficiently.

The role would suit someone who has experience working within a corporate environment and is looking to challenge themselves further.

The Role

This position will see you processing payroll for multiple sites around New Zealand and will require someone who has previous high volume payroll experience, technically knowledgeable and has a strong understanding of NZ Payroll legislation.

Your Profile

  • 3+ years? experience working in Payroll in New Zealand
  • A solid understanding of legislative requirements and changes
  • Experience working in a corporate / professional services environment
  • Ideally had exposure to working with different payroll systems
  • Strong organisational and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication, verbally and written
