We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding organiser and accounts administrator.? Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for providing high quality and timely accounts administration and support, data entry and a range of administrative services.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience working in an accounts or support role or similar, where planning and coordination was a key component of the work
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and experience with accounting software
  • Proven organisational skills along with the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy whilst preserving the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to a wide range of people
  • Initiative, drive and enthusiasm to work as part of a small team and autonomously
  • High degree of computer literacy in MS Office suite of products, particularly MS Word and Excel
  • Some experience or knowledge of the building industry is an advantage.

The successful candidate must have NZ Residency and is ideally a Wanaka local.
