At AJ Park, we help global and New Zealand innovators, marketers and entrepreneurs protect and commercialise their intellectual property. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our administration team in a permanent part-time position.

This role is to assist our filing administrator. You will be responsible for the management and maintenance of paper filesboth in-house and offsite, as well as assisting with offsite file storage and retrieval. In this role, you will also work with our receptionist answering phones, managing mail, attending to our meeting rooms and any other tasks to keep the office flowing smoothly. The hours will be from 1.30pm to 5.30pm daily. Occasionally there may be some additional hours to assist with client events.

To be successful in this role, you will need to take pride in your professional approach to work, have excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail. This role requires learning task-specific software, an intermediate level of MS products and excellent computer skills. You must be fluent in oral and written English.
