Vacancy

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our administration team. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, proactive and versatile person who is well organised and able to work in a team.

The role is varied but includes:

  • Preparation of customer invoices and statements.
  • Preparation of customer credit notes.
  • End of Month AR analysis and reporting to Accountant/Directors.
  • Disbursements and expenses into Job Cost.
  • Reconciling AR.
  • Processing AR receipts and reconciliations.
  • Preparation of Bank deposits.
  • Assist with collection of overdue accounts.
  • Payroll support.
  • General administration support.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of five years practical experience in AR and Payroll.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Competency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
