Our client is currently looking for someone who is organized and driven to join their Ashburton team on a full time, permanent basis. This fast growing business has been in New Zealand for over 50 years, and is one of the leaders in its sector. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a varied accounts administration role, and has an interest in systems and data.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the operations team by collating and reporting on data
  • Taking bookings and managing contracts
  • Collating timesheets and payroll information
  • Health & Safety administration
  • Working with various in-house systems and being the site go-to person
  • General administration and accounts projects, particularly around month end

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous accounts administration experience
  • Worked with a number of accounting and computer packages
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • The ability to communicate confidently at all levels
  • Good attention to detail
