Credit Control Administrator, Temporary Contract, 20 hours a week, Innovated Global Business.

The Opportunity

As the Credit Control Administrator, you will be responsible for your own portfolio of work for the Canterbury Region for this innovated global business.

This role will see you supporting a medium sized team, where you will be able to contribute to the wider team with a great mixture of personalities and a strong team culture providing a good environment to be a part of.

This is a part time temporary contract, working 20 hours a week.

The Role

Whilst heavily admin focused, this is an important role that will require you to utilise your keen eye for detail, accurate data entry and communication skills.

  • Chasing outstanding invoices and following up payment - either by phone or via email
  • Ensuring that all invoices are inputted accurately and efficiently
  • Checking for anomalies and liaising with the transactional team to resolve as required
  • Providing the wider accounts team with administrative support as required

Your Profile

  • Have previous Credit Control experience
  • Excellent communication and phone manner
  • Good all-round administration skills along with good systems knowledge
  • Accurate data entry skills and attention to details
