This well-established Canterbury business is looking for a proactive and efficient person with a strong background in credit control and payroll to join their growing team. With plenty of responsibility and a variety of tasks this role is an excellent opportunity to step up in your career.

Duties:

  • Monitoring and following up outstanding payments
  • Debtor reconciliations
  • Monthly and weekly reporting as required
  • Credit checks
  • End to end weekly payroll processing for 100+ staff
  • Handling payroll queries and follow up
  • Ad-hoc accounts and administration tasks as required

Skills & Experience:

  • At least 2 year's credit control and debt collection experience
  • Prior payroll experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to build and effectively manage client relationships
  • A team player with strong communication skills
  • A positive and professional manner
