The position of National Credit Control Manager has become available in the Dunedin head office. The position manages the credit control function within the business, and will oversee the collection of customer accounts from a debtors ledger of 4,000 customers nationwide.

We are seeking a candidate who will be comfortable with change and growth, and have strategies for managing this in a progressive company. This role is challenging and demands a high level of competency in this field.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and review of credit procedures and policies
  • Commencement of credit control relationship with new customers including risk assessment
  • Processing of new account application forms andpayments for pro forma accounts
  • Management of credit control staff to ensure procedures/policy standards are being maintained
  • Query resolution by liaising with regional sales managers and customers
  • Ensure efficient collection and resolution of 60+ accounts
  • Monthly debtor analysis reporting

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven credit assessment and management in a corporate environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP and the Microsoft Office Suite will be an advantage
  • Accurate data input ability with a high attention to detail
  • Show excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
  • Have excellent numeracy and literacy skills
