Permanent, 40 hours per week

Central PHO is a not-for-profit Trust registered with the Charities Commission and funded by MidCentral DHB and Ministry of Health. The organisation is governed by a Board consisting of 13 Trustees, has a turnover of over $40 million and employs over 120 staff.

Central PHO provides support and a range of health services to General Practices across the Manawatu, Horowhenua, Otaki and Tararua areas and has a strong commitment to collaborating and partnering with others to improve health outcomes and to address the health disparity evident within our population.

The in-house financial services team manages its financials and that of its business units and forms part of the Corporate Services Team.

We are looking for an experienced Payroll and Accounts Receivable Administrator.

In this role you will:

be responsible for the payroll function for Central PHO and that of its business units and its agency arrangements

secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts and resolving discrepancies

raise accounts receivable invoices against schedules and as required

reconcile the Trust's credit cards

If successfully recruited you will be required to undergo a comprehensive safety check, including a New Zealand Police vetting process.
