With clinics located in Wellington, Hutt Valley and Masterton, our growing customer base keeps our highly skilled, and passionate team of audiologists busy delivering a wide range of services, including diagnostic hearing assessments, hearing aid and device fitting.

Our support team are the backbone of the company, and make sure that our audiologists have everything they need, when they need it.

Hearing Consultants are looking for a person with a strong background in office administration, financial and accounting experience, an eye for detail and process improvement.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth running of the administration and accounting processes including general debtors, credit control, preparing invoices, monthly reporting etc.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Previous senior administration and team office management experience, preferably within a "clinic" environment.
  • Experience in producing and maintaining accurate day to day accounts and finances
  • High level of competence to Quick Books (Reckon Accounts) and MS office
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels including with the general public
  • Self-directed, high accurate work at all times and overall sound judgement in all financial and management areas.
  • A 'can do' and solution focussed attitude is a must
