Build Right Homes Construction started in 2004 and is now an established Christchurch design and build company with a reputation forcompleting quality new residential homes and architectural renovations and extensions. Right from the start the Build Right philosophy has focused on a great working relationship with each client, innovative design solutions, qualityworkmanship and attention to detail.

We're looking for an Officer Manager to join our team who will be responsible for the day to day running of the office. This will include accounts invoicing, liaising with all associated business parties including relationship building, financial reporting and bank reconciliations, payroll, financial based queries from customers as well as other financial and administrative duties that may arise.

To succeed in this position, you will have held a similar role within the building industry where your administrative accounting experience will be an advantage. You will be highly organised with a strong eye for detail, be adaptable, versatile and capable to show your ability to multi-task in an ever-changing environment. You will be a strong communicator and have the ability to successfully interact with contractors, suppliers and quality surveyors.

This is a part time role of 30 hours per week with flexibility to suit you, in an environment where no day will be the same as the last. You'll be part of a close-knit but hard-working team, with an excellent salary and location on offer.
