Through a combination of marketing methods, client-management skills, and market and product knowledge, the Wealth Management with team members to address the specific needs and service issues of high net worth clients in order to cultivate existing client relationships.Provides sales, processing, operational, administrative, and customer service support to the Fund Product Manager with responsibilities for meeting the needs of the client. Supports business development processes with clients and prospects and researches and responds to customer needs to help meet regulatory requirements.

The key accountabilities include but not limited to:

  • Assisting in preparation for and conducting client meetings and regularly monitoring clients' financial situations
  • Involvement in all aspects of pre-client meeting activities and liaise and work with business partners and referrer both locally and from overseas
  • Support compliance and control document preparation and management
  • Assist in running Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RSCA)
  • Administration duties for the Private Wealth Management Department
  • Any other tasks assigned by direct manager and senior management from time to time

Ideal candidates should come with:

  • Tertiary degree in accounting, finance or economics with good command of English and Mandarin
  • AFA accreditation or in progress
  • Professionally researched investment solutions at highly preferential costs to clients
  • Access to all of the Wealth Associates resources with significant collective experience
  • Good understanding of portfolio allocation, financial planning and financial markets as well as analytical skill is essential
  • Strong interpersonal, persuasive and presentation skills
  • Strong network and referral sources is highly desirable
  • Strong Clients relationship management experience
  • Mature, be able to work independently with a strong attention to details and accuracy, good at Microsoft Office
  • Eligible to work in New Zealand with a valid working visa
