This is a rare opportunity to shape a position to suit, balancing qualitative practices with training and professional developments obligations and opportunities across a broad range of healthcare staff. Reporting to the Home and Complex care manager you will also investigate incident, accidents and complaints and carryout any actions arising from them. If that wasn't enough you will also provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff.

The ideal person will:
* Be a registered health professional ( with current practising certificate) preferably a registered nurse although other HPs will be considered
* Have experience of leading/managing staff
* Have quality and training experience with a willingness to develop this further.
* Have excellent attention to detail, super organised and be very process orientated;
* A good sense of humour with an ability to laugh at yourself and not be easily offended will stand you in good stead
