In this more structured piece of recruitment - perm. You will be someone who can collectively and individually inspire others providing innovation and agility around the recruitment piece, advice and strategy around business development and stakeholder engagement, training and leadership on an as and when basis. Mentoring, formal 1 on 1's, issue resolution and escalation will part of your daily routine.

Ideally you will have worked a Perm desk and understand the subtle and no so subtle ebb and flow of the desk. Supervising others in this type of agency environment is a big plus. Therefore you will be on hand to support and guide, using KPi's and other forms of management tools to improve bottom line performance and employee satisfaction.

Your leadership will extend to overall team performance whilst reporting in to the GM. As someone who can exceed expectations, drive and motivate staff, this is an exciting opportunity to have the opportunity to create something special.Strategy and conveying that direction will be an important part of your focus with theteam.
