Woodley's is a family owned rural transport, agricultural contracting and farming business based in Geraldine, South Canterbury.

We are looking for a Senior Financial Administrator to join our team. This is a pivotal position in our business, ensuring accurate and timely processing and preparation of group financial information.

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Process all financial transactions and ensure that data entry is timely and accurate, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconciliation of all Group bank accounts
  • Assistance with of Payroll for 50+ employees
  • Assist with the preparation and reporting of all Statutory and Regulatory filing
  • Support with Health & Safety and Management Systems
  • Assist with the preparation of all monthly Management and Board reports
  • Other tasks as required and directed
