We're looking for a vibrant KiwiSaver/Insurance Adviser to join our high performing team. To be successful in this role at least 1-2 years relationship management and strong sales experience are essential, possibly in banking, insurance, or financial services. The purpose of therole is to educate our clients through interactive presentations to help them get the best return from their KiwiSaver investment and provide risk comparisons for all the major banks and insurance companies in the New Zealand market.. You MUST have strong customer relationship experience to be considered.

This is an amazing opportunity for a confident, enthusiastic, positive, outgoing, well presented, high performing sales/educator. You must have the highest standard of spoken and written English, have an inner confidence and an ability to operate independently while being a competitive team player.

You'll have fantastic networking skills, and existing well-developed networks. You love meeting people and making a positive impact in their lives. Sales and relationship management are second nature to you because you know how to quickly make people feel at ease and bring out the best in them. You have awesome communication skills and always have a ready laugh and good story to tell.

With your natural leadership abilities you're able to work collaboratively, and inspire others in your team as well as your clients. You love, love, love the people you work with.

You'll already have a level of success in sales and you know how much fun the taste of success is. You're focused, self-motivated, and consistently take responsibility in order to earn well.

You'll be working alongside other talented and skilled team members who are motivated, competitive, successful, professional and friendly.

You love clear direction and achieving your goals as long as you have the training, support, and freedom to excel. Strong back-up is essential for you to feel supported. You love working collaboratively to get great results but are comfortable working independently as long as there are people to see every day otherwise what's the point While most of your appointments will be on your own with clients, we also encourage our Advisers to work collaboratively together on bigger opportunities.

On a daily basis you will be:

  1. Calling clients to make appointments from quality referral leads (a minimum of 12appointments per week)
  2. Meeting with clients and running educational presentations in their workplace, home or local meeting point
  3. You'll have your own reliable car, and be able to work full time which includes a minimum of 3 evenings per week attending appointments from 6-8.30 pm - This could be a 4 day role depending on how you structure your days

What can IKONIK offer you

This is a full time, weekly commission-based role with a generous payment model. Your earnings in the first 12 months are expected to be $70K-$100K plus incentives. High performers earn $100K+ in their first year and up to $150K-$200K in their 2nd.

As well as being provided with exceptional training you'll be challenged to grow in your career and given the opportunityto manage andbuild your own team providing further personal revenue.
