As Application Support Consultant you will be responsible for delighting Cucumber's valued customers through providing excellent service, every day! We are relentless in our pursuit of providing the best service possible with this role at the forefront of that drive, ensuring our customers are informed and responded to, with issues resolved in acceptable timeframes.

Reporting to the Application Support Consultant team lead, this role will work closely with the wider Sales & Technical Delivery to ensure our service agreements are delivered effectively and in harmony with project delivery.

You will be based in our HQ in beautiful Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, with this being a full-time role. If you're not tempted so far, here's a few Cucumber facts

  • Will be capable of building great relationships with customers and team members
  • Will be an excellent communicator who can speak a bit of geek, but also able to translate that into plain English for business people at all levels of an organisation
  • Be highly organized and able to be across multiple issues and customers with ease
  • Have 3-5 years' experience in digital support or similar roles
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have experience influencing people and motivating them to complete the activities needed
  • 2-3 years minimum experience with software/web testing and excellent attention to detail
