Our client is a successful medium sized Canterbury firm who is looking to hire an experienced Assistant Accountant. Working closely with the General Manager key responsibilities will include:

  • Accounts payable & receivable
  • Preparing monthly and annual financial statements
  • Monthly management accounts
  • Board reporting
  • Payroll
  • Preparing statutory returns including GST/PAYE/FBT
  • Maintaining the fixed asset register
