Our client is the Sole Authorised Distributor in New Zealand for some major global brands. The people working within this business are passionate about what they do and how they do it.Based in smart, stylish Corporate offices in Airport Oaks, this is the kind of Reception / Administrationposition that you've been waiting for! With every bell and whistle you could hope for at your fingertips, this makes sitting within a reception area very appealing, so there is no hardship carrying out a variety of PA, administration and general office duties while being located on the busy front line.

Your day will involve a range of tasks from meeting and greeting visitors, dealing with calls for the associated companies with efficiency and professionalism, managing the meeting and boardrooms, keeping the database and customer portal up to date,and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Supporting the EA and Corporate Services Manager and assisting other staff wherever possible form other key components of this position.

To secure this key position, you'll have a CV that demonstrates 5 years' minimum experience gained in a New Zealand corporate environment and excellence across the key office and admin support areas. Your Referees will tell us that you have enormous pride in your personal appearance and the manner in which you communicate. They'll also tell us that "nothing is a problem" and that you enjoy delighting everyone you come into contact with. You'll be a "jack of all trades", someone who can do complicated travel bookings one minute, assist with the organising of events and board meetings the next, and then provide confidential back up administrative support to the Head of HR. This is the perfect job for someone who has "been there, done that", someone who can walk in and intuitively know what needs to be done to combine traditional PA and reception duties and loves doing so while maintaining a smile and an immaculate reception area.

You'll possess excellent communication skills, a mature and professional disposition and be happy to work autonomously as well as enjoying helping others out with whatever is needed. This is the perfectposition for a polished professional who loves the role of being the face of the company.
