We are seeking Live Chat Support Agents to join the already amazing dedicated team of "woohooers" who process Personal Tax Refunds and Returns for thousands of everyday kiwis. The ideal candidate is resilient, tenacious with a keen eye for detail and has relentless curiosity.

Your primary responsibility is answering queries and assisting customers through Live Chat. It is the duty of the Live Chat Support Agent to be readily available to provide help or a solution in real-time, hence the term "live". Your previous work experience as customer service superstar, your skills and training will enable you to handle queries from customers in a timely, professional, clear and concise manner.

You must have a WooHoo attitude, be a team player with a professional outlook, unflappable manner and always go the extra mile to deliver WooHoo moments to our customers. We can offer a competitive package and a great working environment!

Studying towards a Commerce qualification or previous experience with taxation would be advantageous

It's a busy working environment so you must be able to prioritise effectively and handle a busy workload, all while keeping a smile on your face.
