The Opportunity
As the Property Administrator, this role will be autonomous and see you supporting the Property and wider teams across their South Island business based from their Christchurch head office.
This is a sole charge role and is responsible for handling the regions administrative duties, which will be varied and include a broad range of administration work.

The Role
The Property Administrator is responsible for supporting the Property team in the first instance with all their administration duties for the South Island office, along with supporting the wider team as needed. The Property Regional Administrator provides timely, accurate support and reporting to the General Manager.
This will be a varied role that includes;
  • Provide administration support to the Property team and other staff
  • Processing of all property documentation and keeping detailed journal entries
  • Providing weekly and monthly reports for property and management teams
  • Certificate of Title assessing and accurately interpreting
  • Preparation of Sale & Purchase agreements
  • Co-ordinate the conveyance and settlement of property sales and purchases
  • Preparation and maintenance of buyers register
  • Preparing disposal notice reports
  • Maintaining strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with internal & external stakeholders

Your Profile
  • 3 years experience working in a similar role from either a property or legal sectors
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office, ideally with advanced Excel capabilities
  • Good knowledge of property and land acquisitions from New Zealand
  • Excellent communication verbally and written
  • A self-starter and someone who can work autonomously and in a team environment
