We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our team.

Come and work with the HealthcareNZ team, one of New Zealands largest home and community providers.

We have an opportunity for people interested in mental health in the Christchurch region. This position will be with Mental Health NZ, in partnership with our Clinical District Health Board partners.

The role involves being part of an intensive support, home based treatment service, with the aim of rapid assessment and treatment of people over 65 experiencing mental health distress.

We provide support services to a multi-cultural client base.

If you are confident in your skills, have a good sense of humour and the ability to quickly develop a professional relationship with clients, interdisciplinary teams, case managers and colleagues then this is the role for you.

The following competencies and experience is essential for the role:

  • Current, full New Zealand driver's licence
  • Exceptional communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Competent computer skills- a wide range of applications are used in this role
