We are seeking a Personal Assistant to the General Manager Communications and Stakeholders. The teams of the Communications and Stakeholders Group consist of people who are positive, enthusiastic and work together to achieve our goals. As the Personal Assistant you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager manage their workflow and will liaise with staff and a range of other internal and external contacts on their behalf. To shine in this role you be highly organised and efficient and will have experience inmanaging a range of administrative functions. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential along with ahigh level of computer literacy and a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.

You will have:

  • Several years experience as a Senior Managers PA, or similar
  • Expertise in computerised financial systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.
