The Organisation

We are delighted to represent our client, a large, complex organisation in the health sector, in the recruitment of an Personal Assistant. This temporary role represents an outstanding opportunity to join one of New Zealands largest employers.

The Role

You will assist the Directors with day to day operations.

Some of your duties will involve:

  • Organisation of Board level meetings (sometimes taking minutes)
  • Dictaphone typing
  • Occasional reception cover
  • Formatting board reports
  • Project Management
  • Preparing reports, documents and presentations
  • Complex diary management
  • Project Management
