Our client is a large New Zealand organisation who requires an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to start immediately and hit the ground running. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a market leading business who are experiencing rapid growth. About the Role

As an experienced Accounts Payable expert you will be:

  • Processing high volumes of supplier invoices.
  • Responsible for fronting end-to-end accounts payable, reviewing vendor statements, matching supplier statements, coding of invoices, preparing invoices for payment and making the final payment runs.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for AP queries from managers and vendor across the country.
  • You will create PRs when necessary for the head office function.

This role will suit individuals who are big on the detail, pride themselves on their accuracy and attention to detail and are personable, diligent and driven.

 

About You

As an experienced Accounts Payable expert you will have:

  • 2+ years' experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Knowledge of how ERP systems operate.
  • Strong communication skills: listening, written and oral.
  • Brilliant excel and fast data entry skills.
  • Effective time management.
  • High attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Confidence in being calm under pressure and capable of managing high workloads, multi-tasking when necessary whilst still maintaining a high level of accuracy.
