Our Population Health and Strategy department is looking for a Planning and Reporting Advisor to join the team based at Lambie Drive, Manukau City. This is a full time 12 months maternity cover Monday to Friday.

This is a unique role, where you will be given the opportunity to look across the entire health system in Counties Manukau and work across diverse services and stakeholders. In this role you will be responsible for statutory planning and performance reporting. Working alongside the Master Planner and Planning Team, the Planning and Reporting Advisor is responsible for engaging with responsible stakeholders to coordinate the CM Health annual report as well as providing support to the Planning Team and wider organisation.  The role also coordinates reporting processes to meet our regulatory requirements and support leadership and Executive Team decision-making. Our Population Health and Strategy team work with a progressive approach, looking at planning all facets of our ongoing health service delivery.

To be successful in this role you will need to be motivated and able to manage the challenges well. These include supporting and working alongside internal and external stakeholders with high workloads.  This means engaging with and influencing busy people to collaborate positively on planning and reporting activities and having the ability to translate complicated planning and reporting guidance in to digestible and usable format for clients.
