BWC Ltd are a well-established locally owned and operated company based in Cromwell. We specialise in civil contracting, delivering a range of services including bulk earthworks, roading, drainage, infrastructure and site works to clients throughout Central Otago and Southland.

We have a vacancy for a Finance Manager in our Cromwell office. This is a part time role of approximately 24 hours a week that could be spread over three to five days. A strong accounting background is a must with a knowledge of job costing systems and Moneyworks desirable. Preference will be given to applicants who have worked in the civil or construction industry, although this is not essential.

Duties include managing the company financials in Moneyworks, budgeting, management reporting, cashflow and treasury functions, job costing, insurance, GST and tax returns.

With a proactive, "can do" attitude, you are able to plan and prioritise your work to ensure monthly deadlines are met. Working in a small team, you must be prepared to pitch in to help others to ensure the smooth running of the office.
