The Car Distribution Group (The CDG) is 100% Kiwi owned and operated.  We are the Leading Nationwide Distributor and we move over 200,000 vehicles annually.  We have been in business for over 40 years.

This role is responsible for processing 4 different payrolls (MYOB) on a weekly basis and to help with HR and Health and Safety administration tasks.  You will provide excellent customer service, administration and payroll services to our staff across NZ.

To be Successful in this role:

  • Must have had 5 years + previous payroll experience using MYOB.  You will be responsible for end to end payroll processing, leave management, processing deductions and payroll reconciliations.
  • Must be able to multi task with a strong administration background – you will be running reports, filling, completing health and safety reporting, taking minutes to meetings, organising staff contracts and uniforms.
  • Can demonstrated that you're accurate, reliable and can manage confidential information
  • Be proactive and be able to problem solve with a can do attitude.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and work as part of a team.
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of NZ payroll legislation
  • Must have great Health and Safety awareness and be able to pass a pre employment drug test.
  • Must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
