Our client is looking for a motivated and positive Accounts Administrator.  In this role you will be responsible for assisting and maintaining the office administrative and accounting functions ensuring accurate management reporting of all financial information. 

 

To be successful in this role you will:

 

  • have high attention to detail and a minimum of two year's accounts administration experience
  • be able to multitask and prioritise your own workload whilst being a team player
  • experience with accounting software packages

 

As an Accounts Administrator you will be responsible for:

 

  • daily bank statement reconciliations
  • reviewing the payroll and preparation PAYE returns
  • preparation of GST returns and filing with IRD
  • assistance with the job costing system
  • invoicing and statements for debtors
  • preparation of monthly management and financial reports
  • assistance with the maintenance of all financial accounting software
