YOUR NEW ROLE

Your role will see you being involved throughout a number of specialised projects across various sectors. You will be involved throughout all project stages from client engagement through design, documentation and construction. Your role will see you liaising directly with clients and the rest of the DCA team including directors and partners. Coordination with team members and contractors to deliver a transformational result will be critical to success in your new role.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

A relevant architectural qualification is required (technician or architecture), proficient with ArchiCAD 21, excellent time management skills, strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, a hunger for success, and experience with the NZBC and NZS3604. We also use Sketchup, Photoshop, Adobe In Design, 3D printing and do regular model building - any experience with these skills would be advantageous. A NZ work visa or permanent residency is required. Minimum of 5 years NZ experience.
